WHEN's BEST christmas gift

There is no greater joy and fulfilment than 'connecting women to Jesus Christ,' as I know that Jesus is real, God's Word is true, and this WHEN ministry is in alignment with God's will. The best gift we can give to others is to introduce them to Jesus, in whom alone will they receive forgiveness of sins and salvation. I find Peter's words describe what we do in WHEN. I hope they inspire us to keep on.

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ, (1 Peter 4:10-11).

What a joy it is to serve together with kindred spirits! During this Christmas season, may we find time to rest in His Presence, and be refreshed and restored in Him. Let us all grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory now and forever!

Because Adele Ma attended a Christian school in Hong Kong, the concept of God was always very comforting to her. But as she entered university and developed her career, she found little time to consider God's role in her busy, adult life.

She was involved in business mostly with men so upon retirement, the idea of attending a function for women appealed to her. Adele attended two WHEN events and then joined a Discovery Group. "It is like a sanctuary to be with women." Adele says, "because men don't always understand the stresses of our daily lives." In the company of other women, Adele finds practical support and gets a totally different perspective on how Biblical truth relates to her life.

What most captivates Adele about her growing relationship with Jesus is how close she feels to him now. "I ask him for advice, help, back up, and I am learning to accept His answers because He is my Father. It is so nice to have someone to talk to, someone I trust!"
