Your Labor of Love is Needed

HYU space is under construction and we need your help. HYU provides a sacred space for healing by offering meditation and self study. We are preparing to grow as a self help, spriritual life and learning center that will enable others find the resource they need to return to the source of all existence. Labor of Love

All labor of love Volunteers are needed from Dec. 19 -31 between 9a-7pm. All volunteers can choose the days/time in which they are available. All can sign up to become a volunteer via phone, email or on our website at ukuunki.org. We ask that all volunteers communicate by Dec. 18, 2015.

Those whom are able to donate supplies, materials, equipment and funds can do so via mail or drop off at temple:

HYU Sacred Space Improvement

The temple is currently being held in a unit of a community building. We are attempting to improve the basic function of the space which include:
“The Basics”                           Emergency
painting the walls                      repair external front door
floor maintenance                     plumbing
                                               replace ceiling
“Function”
rehab bathroom
The total estimated cost for this project is $6475. In order to be successful in this campaign we are in need of the following supplies, materials and labor:
 
Labor of Love/volunteers
Plumbing, Carpenter, Painters (no experience necessary) 

Equipment and supplies
Paint (eggshell white, blue-silver, teal (cloudy green)
Paint rollers, brushes (used or new)
Paint brush/roller containers
Drywall (13’x15’)
Floor finishing (natural if possible)
General supplies for bathroom (sink, toilet, ceramic tiles, drywall, tub glaze)
