10 Tips To Bring Christmas Spirit Into Your Home

Are you tired of looking at the same Christmas decorations in your house year after year? Feeling a little BLAH about the holidays? Here are 10 simple tips you can apply to bring some Christmas spirit into your home:

1. Use silver platter or mirrored tray with glass ornaments to create an elegant holiday display - bonus if you add artificial snow. 
2. Place a bunch of candy canes in an apothecary jar (click HERE for my favorites) for a cute and easy decoration. Place artificial snow in another with a special ornament resting on the snow, and a third filled with ribbons and bows - and let the three make a statement!
3. Cut a tree branch and spray paint it silver or gold and place on top of Christmas books on your coffee table for a festive style.
4. Use wrapping paper as holiday art in simple frames.
5. Wrap your front (or any) door to look like a Christmas present!
6. For your dining table centerpiece, use a runner with large ornaments spread down the length.
7. Add garland to your stair case.
8. Use Command Hooks to hang a wreath on your entry mirror and / or front door.
9. Use 3 (various sized) candelabras and place decorative round, ball ornaments on top - group them in a cluster for a great centerpiece.
10. Add a sparkly winter pillow like the one below to your sofa (and it's always a bonus if you have cute dogs to go with them).
