Santa's Visit

Santa paid a special visit to Pasado’s Safe Haven this year!  While most of our beloved animal residents have a secure spot on Santa's “nice” list, a few ended up on the “naughty” list...but we love them all the same!

Santa got lots of requests for treats and toys.  But the most common holiday wish from our animal friends was for us to continue working to end to animal cruelty

We need your help! Please consider making an end-of-year gift to help us care for the animals at our sanctuary and support all of our work to end animal cruelty.

There are lots of ways to help the animals! Donate now! Check out our wishlist! Visit our adopt page!

Thank you for caring!

QUICK LINKS

Aurora let Santa know she was a good girl this year!

Law Enforcement

Our Investigations & Rescue department received a scholarship to attend the annual Animal Cruelty Prosecution Conference in Pittsburgh, hosted by the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys and ALDF. It was a great opportunity to connect with others fighting against animal cruelty. Help us continue to improve response of law enforcement in cases of animal cruelty by donating to the Cruelty Investigations and Rescue Fund today!

Home For The Howlidays

Home for the Howlidays is an uplifting event that brings some holiday cheer to less fortunate companion animals and their guardians. On December 23rd, Pasado’s Safe Haven staff and volunteers will distribute donated food, treats, and toys to needy pets. With the help of local merchants, our caring volunteers, and people like you, December 23rd will be a day of caring and giving back to our community!

Join us for the Cold Noses Tour

Join us and meet the animals at our second annual Cold Noses Tour! The tour is this Saturday, December 19th from 12:00pm to 2:30pm. It will be a festive afternoon of face painting, vegan food and the opportunity to meet our sanctuary residents and learn more about our mission to end animal cruelty and to create a more compassionate world. Learn more at the Cold Noses Tour event page.

Oliver - Ready for Home!

Oliver will melt your heart! This sweet boy has the spirit of a puppy - he's playful, happy, and always ready for a walk. He loves people and will roll his tennis ball around with his nose to remind his human friends that he's ready to play. He has cherry eye in both eyes and can't see too well, but some basic eye care keeps him healthy and content. If you would like to meet this bundle of joy, fill out out an adoption questionnaire today!

Happy Endings!

Karl has found his home! Karl didn't like other cats very much and needed a home where he could be a happy single cat. His new family absolutely loves him. Karl and the family dog Stella are learning to love each other too. They even fall asleep in the same bed! Congratulations to Karl - he is going to have one awesome life! If you would like to make a cat this happy, learn more at our adopt page.
