Well, with us, a few things. As you may have heard, the core of Atkins Scuba is currently in Thailand working on a new venture (more on that below).
But first, Cozumel! Atkins Scuba is heading back to our wonderful island in 2016 - under some awesome new leadership! During our nine years of trips there (so far) we have seen so many of you join us, then join us again. We have so much love for Cozumel, and so many of you have asked about a trip, we have recruited a new team member to make it happen.

In order that we can provide the same great service and fantastic dive adventure we’ve always wanted for you, we have asked Stephanie Murphy to host this year’s trip to Coz. Stephanie has been on an Atkins Scuba trip every year since we began, and so she is well suited to continue our tradition! She joined us as an Open Water diver in 2007, and has worked her way through several courses – AOW, a gruelling Rescue Diver program, and several specialties along the way including Digital Underwater Photographer, Underwater Navigator and Night Diver – and is now contemplating her Divemaster course! She also has our insider knowledge of all our favourite restaurants and spots in Cozumel. Please join us in welcoming Steph to our team!

And where are we?
We are in Thailand! We have relocated to the beautiful island of Koh Lanta; diving here with giant mantas, whale sharks, blacktip and leopard sharks, and more fish than you can imagine. We have relaunched our instructor development business as The Instructor Factory, and are affiliated with Palm Beach Divers, one of the most respected dive centres in Thailand. We are looking forward to IDC's starting in January! Most of you have been part of our training programs in the past: thanks for staying in touch, we love hearing about how everyone is doing, and are very thankful to have been allowed to be part of your scuba adventure. We want to continue with you! Even though the name and location have changed you will find we are still just as committed as always to creating the world's best scuba divers and PADI professionals. We look forward to hearing from you all with any questions you might have.
