URGENT! He's okay, but Colin was Hit by a Car on His Bike. . .and the driver left the scene. We need your help identifying this driver and/or vehicle.

This morning as he was riding into work from his apartment in town, a white, late model SUV four-door heading northbound on Arroyo Hondo Road pulled into Old Las Vegas Highway, hitting Colin hard enough to push him into the westbound lane on Old Las Vegas Highway. The man knew he hit Colin as he got out of his vehicle, but then returned to it and drove off. This occurred at approximately 8:45 A.M. The driver is described as an older white man with white or gray hair wearing a dark colored (navy?) jacket and a baseball cap. When he drove off he was headed towards Santa Fe.

Colin has made a statement to the Sheriff's Department who has put out an ABP for this vehicle. We would like to request that you keep an eye open for this vehicle and/or driver, or if you know an individual who lives in the Arroyo Hondo are who fits this description please let us know. There may be damaged to the front bumper and/or grill. This driver is guilty of a crime and left the scene, compounding the charges against him. We are hopeful that we will be able to identify the driver in order for Colin to press charges -- and at least get the repairs to his bike covered.

Colin is okay, but sore and shaken up.

If you have any information, please call us at the shop as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.
