I wanted to take a moment to send out best wishes for you and your family during this holiday season.

In just over a week, we'll be starting 2016.  I've decided to call this my 'sweet 16' year because it's going to be my best year yet.

Goal setting, focus and hard work have gotten me where I am today.

This is my most popular video by far. I explain the concept of 'Dead Capital' in a business and the logic of buying a job.
Lonnie Scruggs wrote a book called 'Deals on Wheels' where he outlined a plan to make huge investment returns buying and selling mobile homes. I tried one. The results weren't so great.
Chris in California read Invest Local then went on to apply some of the basic principles in buying and selling raw land. In just a few months he's built up quite a portfolio of land notes.
