The company announced a partnership on Thursday with China’s primary credit card network, China UnionPay, and 15 Chinese banks. Chinese consumers will be able to upload their UnionPay card information to Apple Pay and use their iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches, Apple said.

Xiaomi Corp.’s chairman Lei Jun said Wednesday that hitting this year’s smartphone sales forecast isn’t his top priority, as questions mount over whether one of China’s most successful startups can reach its annual growth target. “What we care about the most is the rate of customer satisfaction.” He said.

The Mickey Mouse-shaped device, priced at $125, will connect users to Disney content, such as films, cartoon series and games. Customers will also be able to use it to plan a visit to the Hong Kong and Shanghai Disneyland theme parks. The device comes with a one-year subscription to content, Disney said. It didn’t say what it would charge Chinese consumers after the first year.
