Hut and Shelter bagging

After a slow start to the season the annual hut bagging competition is all go.  Simon Huntley, Nina McVicar, Andrea Peebles, and Rachel Baker are all vying for the lead with between 5-8 huts.  With 3 1/2 weeks to go the competition is still wide open with last years winner Nicole Ranger from Wellington being very quite so far...
The rules - get yourself to a hut or shelter under your own steam, take a photo of yourself and send it into us.  It is a great way to add a little extra adventure to a training session.

New CP Nutritionist - Abby Shaw

We are super stoked to welcome Abby aboard our CP Coaching Team.
What I enjoy outside of my day job - I love exercising such as running, swimming, yoga or going to the gym. I recently ran the Queenstown Marathon and it was great to put into practice strategies that I talk about with my clients.

CP  Blog - Erin White - Training for LeRace

Busy, busy, busy, Christmas, holidays, birthday, fishing, diving lots to fit in + training of course.

Heading away this week I was not sure how I was going to fit everything in not only was there the children to fit things around but also importantly needed to fit things around tides for fishing and diving; priorities changed a bit this week, my queen of the fish title was up for grabs again.

CP Coaches Final Thoughts - Sharing your adventure

It has been cool checking in with all those I coach recently and hearing about all the adventures that have been had over the Holiday period.  One thing that I have enjoyed hearing about is the contrast between the big training missions to the down sized mini adventures with kids or friends that are new to exercise.  When was the last time that you locked in a cruisey ride or hill walk with a friend to encourage them to get out and explore?  You never know it might be the start of something...
