Merry Christmas, New Course Dates, Christmas Recipes and more!

It's wonderful to see the Pohutukawa blooming, such a special symbol of Christmas in New Zealand.
I find it difficult to believe we are almost at the end of the year. This year has certainly had it's ups and downs, and I am looking forward to a more settled time next year.
Thank you for your support over this past year.
My wish for you is a very Merry and safe Christmas, and a wonderful 2016.
I am closed now for the festive season, although if you would like gift vouchers for those "difficult to buy for" folks in your life, just phone me, I'd be happy to organise it.
If you need to "de-stress" just after the holidays, I am available for appointments on Sunday 10th January, otherwise my normal hours resume on Monday 19th January.

I wish to share a couple of festive recipes for you today.
I have tried and tested them - all pretty simple to make. They are free from gluten, dairy, grains and refined sugar. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Reiki Workshops - more options in 2016
First Degree Reiki is about self-healing, and strengthening the connection with your Higher Self as you open as a channel for the Reiki Energy. At the end of the workshop you have the ability to self-treat, and to treat friends and family. I have two workshops scheduled for February 2016.

Second Degree Reiki takes you deeper into the connection with your Higher Self, opening the channels further and allows you to be a practitioner. At this level you also learn about distant healing - how the energy of Reiki can transcend both time and space.

Already have Reiki but feeling a little rusty? Lacking confidence from not using your Reiki for a while? We are in the planning stages, but I will be offering refresher courses for both Reiki I and Reiki II in 2016.
