The words of Jesus ring out across the ages: “I have come that you may have life and have it to the full” (John 10:10).
Jesus was born into the peasant class of an insignificant nation. He grew up in an occupied land and learned to work with his hands. He gave his life for all, pouring it out among the disadvantaged, the broken and the excluded. Because of the openness of his life-response Jesus was eliminated by powerful people. But it did not end there. He was raised by God into the fullness of life where he now fills the universe and embraces creation.
All of us at the St Clement’s Retreat & Conference Centre are grateful for your loyalty, your prayers, and your partnership on mission. Happy Christmas and a blessed 2016!
