The 113th Annual General Meeting of The Warwick Boat Club Limited will be held at the club on Wednesday 27th January 2016 at 7.30pm.  This is rather earlier than last year to help smooth the membership renewal process.

The  meeting will receive the accounts for the year and set the membership rates for the coming season.   We will elect the members of the General Committee, and a new Club Captain as I have decided to stand down.

If you wish to stand for election or nominate any eligible member for any of the elected posts, you may do so up to 14 days prior to the AGM.  Please email captain@warwickboatclub.co.uk if you wish to participate in the elections.

We are encouraging as many members as possible to sign up to pay their membership subscription fees by direct debit.  This year, we are removing entirely the extra cost of paying by direct debit so you can now choose to pay annually or monthly at exactly the same cost as normal.  Although your membership is not due until the end of March, you can speed the renewal process for you and the club by signing up now to pay by direct debit.  You can do this online with our direct debit service provider, GoCardless, by clicking here and completing the form.  You will be notified before any money is debited and your payments will be covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
