Self-Service Software Installs: Available Now!

We're excited to roll out a new tool for 2016: self-service software installs for common software packages on DSS IT managed computers.

We're starting off with Adobe Acrobat XI for Windows and Mac version 11.0.13, and we plan to offer additional software in the coming months.

To take advantage of self-service installs, click on the IBM BigFix icon in the Windows system tray or the Mac menu bar.

From the IBM BigFix Support Center, select the Offers tab, select an offer, and click Accept.

Note that offers will only be available on computers where they are relevant, so you'll only see offers for software versions not already installed on your system.

Congratulations to Drawing Winner!

By filling out the customer satisfaction survey that you receive after we close each service request you submit, you're automatically entered in the monthly drawing.
