 Tribute to Jim Blood Drive. The Carter BloodCare bus with be at Abiding Grace on Sunday, January 24, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. as we honor the memory of Jim Fawks with a blood drive. Jim spoke passionately of the life-giving gift of the donation of blood. He reminded us that one pint of blood can save three lives, and that one of the lives saved had been his own.  Congregational meeting. A semi-annual congregational meeting will be held after worship on Sunday, January 31. We will review the 2016 church budget, outline the details for the fiscal year change, and then vote on both as a congregation. Please plan to attend.

 Cooking oil reminder. Please remember those in need beyond the holidays with our continuing commitment of cooking oil for the GRACE Food Pantry. Bring a 48 oz. bottle of any type of cooking oil and place it in the box near the sanctuary entry.

 Grace Café. Jesse Grimmer and Laura Hopkins have been hosting gourmet dinners in their home to benefit our youth ministries. The next dinner will be Saturday, February 6. February's theme will be Valentine's Day, and the menu will be announced soon. The suggested donation is $50 per person with all proceeds supporting our youth. Sign up at church.
