Does your child struggle to sleep or do you know of a family who are pulling their hair out trying to find ways to help their kids sleep? It's is a massive problem globally for many parents with many opting for medical intervention as a last resort.
Because I often deal with sleep problems in my clinic and I know how big a problem this can be I decided to create a video specifically for children that can be used at any time and in any place across the globe.
This has been written for children in the 4 to 10 age category and the focus is on helping your child to understand why sleep is important and then helping them to release tension, relax their body and calm their mind. It can be used to help them go to sleep or to get back to sleep if they wake in the night. It runs for just under 12 minutes and it can be used as often as is required. The best thing is that it is free to listen.
Because kids spend most of their waking life in a hypnotic trance, they find it easy to go into this daydream like state. All hypnosis is self hypnosis which means your child is in control at all times and if he or she ever feels uncomfortable all they have to do is open their eyes.
