Don't Miss our Annual Retreat
2015 was a momentous year, as our membership more than doubled to reach 14 countries and 26 of the United States. Two highlights of 2015 were our Annual Meeting, (pictured above), and the online climate petition. 
If you have a vision for earth stewardship in 2016, we want to hear from you. Please join the LSD Earth Stewardship Board from 1:00 - 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 30 at Impact Hub in Salt Lake City as we take stock of 2015, and make plans for the coming year. More information about the retreat can be found on our web page, and on our Facebook page.

Blog Highlights

Our Stewardship in Action series continues with a profile of conservation geneticist, author, and full-time mother, Alisse Metge.
Finally, we feature a review of Think Like a Commoner, by David Bollier. This short volume is a reminder that debates of public versus private ownership are incomplete without consideration of a powerful third option: resource sharing by a community.
