Summit Orthopedics, Midway

MSP Commercial recently acquired the two story Summit Orthopedics Occupational Health Clinic located in St. Paul. The 18,500 square foot building was built in the 1970s, and has housed Summit Orthopedics for over 40 years. It is seated in the busy Midway area, just blocks from the Green Line Light Rail Train Snelling Avenue station, and is highly visible from Interstate 94.

Collaboration between MSP Commercial and Summit Orthopedics started in 2013. Along with RJM Construction, Pope Architects and Welsh Construction, MSP Commercial developed a nearly 67,000 square foot surgical center in Vadnais Heights that was completed in February of 2014. MSP Commercial currently manages the Vadnais Heights facility, and is excited to continue a growing relationship with Summit Orthopedics.
