I am currently developing a 9 month Tremendous Teacher PD program that will be launched in August of 2016. As I continue to build each month and conduct the necessary research to make it work I am further and further excited to make this goal of mine a reality. As I was digging into some articles I came this amazing 10 minute TED talk where Terri Trespicio discusses the idea of "what are you passionate about?" question where we feel pressured to find that one passion. Passion is not a plan, it is a feeling. Check this out to rethink how you share and question passion to others.

In a world with so many choices and everything at our fingertips there is a bookstore in Japan that only sells one book a week. I love this concept and wish I could do this here stateside. I love limited choices as it eliminates the stress of making decisions. One goal this year is to reduce the number of items on my plate. Only having one book to read would be very ideal for me.

On the flipside, I love music and I love listening to all types of music. After using Apple Music and Spotify as well as Sirius Satellite Radio I still love my Spotifiy. Nothing works better. Learning about the algorithm about how it works makes sense. How do we adapt to our own lives and jobs?

And just so you know I am testing out this new habit tracker app that appears to be so simple and easy to use that it just might work.
