Do you waste your time at the gym?

Why do you go to the gym? There are a ton of reasons to go, but what's yours? Lose weight, gain weight, hang with your gym buddies in class, train for a mud run, rehab a knee in the pool, watch your kids play bball or even just to have a cup of coffee and read the paper. How many people come to the gym purely for their health? All the other reasons to come are great motivators to get you here, but your health (not as exciting, we know) should be your main motivator. Focus on health seems to be lost so much in our society today, just look at the magazine rack at the grocery store. Make health your main focus. If you do, everything else you would want will follow. Enjoy your time at the gym... but don't waste it.

Definitely don't miss out on our MyPlayground referral program!

As always, we love to hear your feedback. You can help us out here.
