Happy New Year

As we enter the New Year, we are filled with gratitude for 2015 and want to share a few memorable moments with you.

This year, we have experienced some major transformations:

* the gristmill

* the spec house

* the community garden/orchard

* Laughing Waters with over 80 events and rentals

* our trail system on
Little Bearwallow Mountain continued to be improved by the
Carolina Mountain Land Conservancy, who also generously honored us with the
Lela McBride award

*the hydro system has surpassed 80,000 kWh of renewable energy generated. Watch video here.

*and countless moments of joy and connection with the land.

We're anticipating that 2016 will be another great year. One of the things we really enjoy this time of year is setting our intentions for the future. Come share in this at our 4th annual Vision Board Day and potluck at Laughing Waters on Saturday, January 9 starting at
