Samuel Staples makes a welcome return visit to Omnibus, this time with fellow Menuhin School student and guitar prodigy, Kevin Loh.

These two highly accomplished young musicians will present a virtuosic programme of string masterpieces ranging from Bach to Piazzola.

Kevin Loh 

In 2012, Kevin became the first Singaporean to compete and win the prestigious Guitar Foundation of America’s International Youth competition. He has played with several masters of  the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and in 2015, Kevin took 1st prize at the Andres Segovia International Youth Guitar competition in Germany. With concerts throughout Asia and Europe, as well as a growing online following, Kevin is quickly gaining a worldwide renown.
Samuel Staples 

Though only nineteen years old, Londoner Samuel Staples has appeared in concert venues throughout Europe and America, as well as St. John’s Smith Square, Cadogan Hall, Purcell Room, Windsor Castle and the Great Hall, Gray’s Inn. He appeared as a soloist with the Menuhin School Senior Orchestra, in the final concert of the Reims Festival and has performed live on BBC Radio 3.
