Barb Biles
Barb has lived in Emerson-Garfield since 1999. She works for Riverside School District in Chattaroy as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Having served as the neighborhood's representative on the Land Use Committee for some time, she has recently been elected to its executive committee. Jay Cousins
A longtime Emerson-Garfield resident and advocate, Jay serves on the Community Assembly (CA), a committee of representatives who discuss issues common to all Spokane neighborhoods and address them in an advisory capacity at the City. Please e-mail him with any questions you might have.
Carlie Hoffman
Carlie has lived in Emerson-Garfield since May 2014. She is a Library Services Manager for Spokane County Library District. She serves on the Pedestrian, Traffic and Transportation Committee (PeTT) of the Community Assembly. She loves living so near to downtown and looks forward to all of the exciting improvements coming to our neighborhood. You can e-mail her with questions.
Megan Kennedy
Megan has been an Emerson-Garfield resident since 2009, and along with her husband owns Rogue Heart Media, a photography and video production studio on North Monroe. Megan served as Vice Chair of the Emerson-Garfield Neighborhood Council for two years before becoming the E-G representative on the West Quadrant Tax Increment Financing Committee. Jonathan Martinez
Jonathan serves on the Long-Term Rental Stakeholder Group, which is an initiative of the CA's Public Safety Committee. He can be reached via e-mail if you have questions or concerns about rental housing issues or neighborhood-related public safety issues in general.
Bri Musser
Bri has lived in Emerson-Garfield for over ten years and has been involved in the neighborhood council for about eight. She's worked as an interior designer at Design Source, Inc. here in Spokane for almost four years. At the end of September, she and her husband Dave opened Bellwether Brewing on North Monroe to create a community gathering space in Emerson-Garfield. She's excited to see the revitalization of North Monroe and the continued growth of this community!
Tim Musser
Tim has lived in the Emerson-Garfield neighborhood with his wife Lois since 2008. He manages property in E-G and is a representative on the CA's Community Development committee. He and Lois are involved in the Emerson Community Garden and also have a booth at the Emerson-Garfield Farmers' Market. They are involved in this neighborhood with the purpose of developing community relationships.
