Meaningful Use Attestation - Please keep in mind that the Meaningful Use Attestation deadline is February 29th, 2016. Before the end of your reporting period you should have upgraded to ChartMaker 2016 (file version 6.1.1). In addition, please be sure to select the correct certification number for ChartMaker Medical Suite based on the version of the software you were using during your reporting period.
