Welcome to the new year, hopefully everybody is back into the swing of things after the holidays.  As per usual our family took off right after Christmas and went down to visit the Panda's at the San Diego Zoo. This year we added Los Angeles to our trip and visited Warner Brothers Studios which is an absolute amazing place.
 
While at the Studios I was struck by the fact that Warner Brothers Studios make amazing productions that create major value, however, if you look at the core elements of the production it is surprisingly straight-forward. WB is masterful in their efficiency and ability to handle all the elements that go into these complex productions and even though there is substantial costs the productions make significant money. So the question becomes: Does your production create value?
