SATURDAY CLASSES
MASTERING JOHN’S TOP TEN UPLOADED VIDEO AUDITION TECHNIQUES!
John D'Aquino
Saturday, February 20th 9am-12pm

That call. You need to get an audition on tape and it’s due by 3PM tomorrow!

Is your heart pumping yet?

Every parent and actor feels the same anxiety every time they get the call to put an audition on tape. Not only do you have to master the scene, but lighting, sound, set choice and camera work all come into play and casting directors, agents and managers expect young actors and their parents to be able to deliver a great taped performance without much time to prepare. John's techniques are essential to helping you deliver a strong uploaded video audition the next time you get that call!

NOTE: This class is for actors with an option to include their parents. Each participating parent will have an opportunity to operate a camera and work with their child on an actual sample video audition. Parents are not required to attend, but if you would like to particiapte  please purchase the $50 DENVER COMPANION TICKET
for Video Audition Workshop product.

MAKE EVERY AUDITION STRONGER
John D'Aquino
Saturday, February 20th 1pm-4pm

In this class, John will focus on advance audition techniques:
1. How to captivate the casting director in the first 10 seconds of your audition;
2. How to bring your unique self, your own DNA to your audition and separate yourself from the hundreds of others being seen for the same role; and
3. How to add objectives, expectations, discoveries and active questions to your scenes, creating compelling character choices every time you audition.

ADULTS ONLY - ADD YOUR OWN DNA TO YOUR AUDITION
John D'Aquino and Japheth Gordon
Saturday, February 20th 5pm-8pm

(CAUTION: This class will incorporate IMPROV.)
(ADDITIONAL WARNING: You will have FUN while you LEARN!)

Okay, can we get serious about acting by lightening up a little?  This class uses improv techniques to help you explore the white of the page, that space between the lines of the script, for clues to character development that are unique to you as both a person and an actor. Learn to paint yourself right onto that page in a way that will create a powerful and indelible performance.

SUNDAY CLASSES
IMPROV 101
Japheth Gordon

Sunday, February 21st 9am-12pm

“Yes, and…” Learn the art of agreement and have more fun while learning essential improvisational skills to help you audition with a greater confidence. Make something out of nothing while your competition simply runs out of things to say.  Japheth’s energy will inspire you!

IMPROV for TELEVISION and FILM CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
