BOOK UPDATES
I've been finishing final art for my debut as author-illustrator, PAX AND BLUE. This picture book, coming in Spring 2017 from Simon & Schuster, is about an unlikely friendship between a boy and a bird. Here is a sneak preview of the overall look and palette:

MOVABLE INK ANNIVERSARY
I was commissioned by email marketing company, Movable Ink, to create an illustrated keepsake for their founders. These pen and ink graphic notes combine personal characteristics of each founder with company milestones and a sprinkling of inside jokes.

I'VE BEEN TEACHING!
I'm having a blast leading a weekly drawing studio for 4th and 5th graders at The Children's School in Brooklyn. I was also invited by Gowanus Houses Art Collective to run a workshop for kids age 4-8. We read two of my favorite picture books and did an art project!
