Imagine your house is without heat and your children are becoming sick.

This is the story of just one of TFS' families. Through Holiday Family Adoption, our staff were able to connect them with an HVAC servicer, who offered them a free service call. While he was there, the family lost power while trying to cook; he remedied the issue. Rebuilding Together of the Triangle stepped in and will be repairing their heating system at no cost!

In 2015 our Holiday Family Adoption program once again bridged families in Wake County who were in need of holiday gifts, children’s stockings, clothing, gift cards, and food with generous donors who provided these essentials.

Triangle Family Services was honored to be part of the 2015 Cisco Be The Bridge Campaign, where Cisco employees volunteered and supported a number of local non-profit organizations.

Volunteer & Coffee Chats

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our agency. You can provide invaluable help to clients, staff and the community – doing it on your schedule. Currently we are only accepting volunteers who can commit to a minimum of 10hrs/month.

If you would like to explore volunteering with us, please attend one of our upcoming Coffee Chats, held on the First Friday of every month from 8:30-9:30 am. Meet with the CEO, Alice Lutz to learn more about TFS, how to get involved with the agency, and take a tour to see our services in action! RSVP here
