Flavor is king in the kitchen.  Just like the artist mixes paint color from a palette, the chef creates layers of flavors from a combination of ingredients.  In this sense, cooking is truly art.

Join us as
Sandra Lewis of Life at the Table presents a program that promises to instill a refreshing desire to gather, connect, and identify.  Chef Sandra is a speaker, humorist, and storyteller who is passionate about what she believes is the secret to living a satisfying life both at home and at work – spending time at the table.
