The Flavor of Living For Those Who Long For More Out of Life and Work
If you’ve ever asked yourself “Is this all there is to life?†or “How will I ever get it all done?†this talk is for you. Learn how to create genuine satisfaction by infusing your life and work with true flavor.
Flavor is king in the kitchen. Just like the artist mixes paint color from a palette, the chef creates layers of flavors from a combination of ingredients. In this sense, cooking is truly art.
Join us as Sandra Lewis of Life at the Table presents a program that promises to instill a refreshing desire to gather, connect, and identify. Chef Sandra is a speaker, humorist, and storyteller who is passionate about what she believes is the secret to living a satisfying life both at home and at work – spending time at the table.
