We hope you've had a relaxing summer break and are looking forward to Qigong group practices restarting THIS SATURDAY, 23 January, 9 - 10.30am at Hohepa Hall, 23 Barrington St.

THURSDAY sessions, 7 - 8.30 pm resume at Hohepa from 28th January.

Global Full Moon Practice - Sunday 24th.  
This month the theme is 'Oneness':

'The universe is the best planner. Its wisdom (Dao) puts everything in its best place at the best possible time. We humans just need to follow Dao in our living and nurture the trust that the universe and its Dao will take us to the right place at the right time.' [Yuan Tze]

23 Barrington St- restarting 23 January
Saturdays 9 - 10.30am:  Ren Yuan practice $7
Thursdays 7 - 8.30pm:  Group Yuan Gong practice (we choose which form we feel like practising!)  $10 

Greenpark (near Lincoln) - restarting in February.
Tuesdays during school terms
9 - 10.15  Ren Xue
10.30 - 12  Yuan Gong - learning and practising the methods.
