Matt Preaches This Sunday
Please join me at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church this Sunday, where I will share a message about leadership and hope. This will be my first opportunity to preach at the church where Amy and I were married many years ago. Services on January 24 are at 8:50 and 11:05 AM. The text is Luke 5:17–26... We are receiving many wonderful compliments from youth ministers and clergy for the work Youth Ministry Institute does with youth ministers in helping them become more effective in their role. This work is truly satisfying and is producing results when youth ministers complete our two year program.
The tricky part is always convincing people the investment is worth it before they experience the results. In 2016, we are offering six months of free coaching to anyone who signed up for the two-year coaching and training program prior to March 1. This doesn't just include monthly coaching. It also includes an on-site Ministry Needs Evaluation resulting in a Strategic Plan for the ministry. It includes a Professional Assessment in developmental objectives for the youth minister.
This will give youth ministers and local churches a head start on all their developmental plans before classes begin on August 29. Contact us today for more information!

About That Wedding Picture... Amy and I were married at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church in April, 1997. "Why," I often ask myself, "did I think those glasses were a good idea?" Because everybody was looking at Amy. Awwww. Hope to see you at GCPC this Sunday, 1/24, for worship!
