VIDEO: FTL Host Mark Edge Challenges Border Patrol
He refuses to answer the agents' questions about citizenship. In the last email, I announced that longtime Free Talk Live co-host Mark Edge had left the show's airwaves, but with the door open for a possible return. As of tonight and after a much-needed vacation, he's back to weekends-only, with Darryl W. Perry continuing as my weekday co-host. Mark's return-to-the-air is tonight at 7pm Eastern and will feature the audio track of
the video being shared online now of Mark and his family challenging Border Patrol agents at a checkpoint East of El Paso a few days ago.
In
the video, they refuse to answer questions about citizenship and Mark asserts their rights, despite the attempted intimidation by the multiple agents, including photographing his family and a dog sniff.
The incident could spark a number of on-air conversations, from immigration freedom to your rights with the police. If your local host would like to discuss any aspect of this encounter with Mark on-air, please get in touch with me via the information below to arrange an interview with Mark via Skype or Comrex.

Quote from an Industry Pro
"No insane contracts, no added inventory and good, live, compelling programming. I think FTL would work on almost any talk format." - Tom Sebourn, PD of Bicoastal Media's KGOE-AM, Eureka
