We actually took a little break from the road and the fifth wheel and stayed with Tom's parents in their house for a while. They watched Mocha and Bella for us while we took a Bahamas cruise and toured the Florida Keys by truck! (Blogs and vlogs coming soon.)

Now we are on the road again, writing to you from Picayune (pronounced pick-ah-YOON) Strand State Forest on the edge of the Everglades. From here we start heading north up the Gulf coast of Florida, with some stops planned in Naples, Sarasota, Crystal River (to see the manatees), and then through the panhandle. We are still hoping to get all the way back up to Washington, D.C. for the Cherry Blossoms in April!
