The last six months have been quite eventful at HEAL Africa. Assessing the damage, moving, and repairing sections of the hospital, after heavy rain flooded the hospital, has kept our staff busy all summer! The event was certainly discouraging, as it redirected the focus of some of our staff away from their day to day responsibilities in order to repair the damage. But we remain resilient! And without your gifts and prayers, this would not be possible. THANK YOU!!
Here's the Tech Team, leading the maintenance and repair crew!
The emergency gate is moved and raised by 1.5 meters.
After months of planning, a container of medical supplies was shipped to HEAL Africa!
Not only did they do all of this with a smile, despite some coordinating hiccups on our part, but they concluded the project with prayer, before the container hit the road. We can't thank them enough. What a difference this will make to so many vulnerable individuals we serve in DRC!
