PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE SCHEDULING
IS ONLINE - REGISTER FROM FEBRUARY 8 - 21
Following a pilot at the elementary level this past fall, all five T/E elementary schools will now provide online scheduling for parent-teacher conferences this February (24 - 26). On February 3, a personalized letter was mailed to each parent with an individual username and password. Parents will sign up for conferences within the provided timeslots on the online form. The online system opens on Monday, February 8 and closes on Sunday, February 21. View sample letter and an example of the online form.
The main office will be able to assist you with any questions that you have and will help anyone who does not have internet access. There are directions for scheduling siblings. Please also know that conferences continue to be 20 minutes with 5 minutes added for transition time. Thank you for your support of the new system, and we hope the online features will add convenience to this process.

Please sign up and join us. We also have room for a few more spots for 3rd and 4th Graders on February 17, so please send your sign-ups in this week. Thank you for supporting families in need! VALENTINE'S DAY PARTIES - FEBRUARY 12, FRIDAY
Valentine’s Day Parties are scheduled for Friday, February 12 at 9:30 - 10:30pm for AM Kindergarten, and from 2:00 - 3:00pm for PM Kindergarten to Grade 4. View the letter from Dr. Demming on T/E's food policy and guidelines. Reminder: Classroom Parties are for Beaumont students ONLY. We ask that scheduled parent volunteers make other arrangements for younger siblings. This practice ensures appropriate attention to the students and activities in the classroom. Thank you for understanding. Happy Valentine's Day.
HSA MEETING - MARCH 16, WEDNESDAY, 9:15am
They don't come around too often, so mark your calendars for the HSA general meeting on Wednesday, March 16 at 9:15am in the Large Group Room. All Beaumont parents are encouraged to come and find out more about spring plans at Beaumont including an overview on the upcoming PSSA testing.
BEAR GEAR ORDERS UPDATE
As of now, everyone should have received their Bear Gear orders. We encountered many challenges with getting our new vendor up and running. We will be meeting with the vendor over the next few weeks to work out all of the growing pains and will host a spring bear gear sale soon. We expect these issues to be resolved and a much smoother sale in the spring. Thank you to all of our supporters and for your patience with the Fall/Winter sale. Please contact Cara Weichecki or Courtney O’Brien with any questions. Thank you. Go Bears!
• PHILLY LOVE WALL OF GOOD DEEDS AND KINDNESS
From January 18 - February 14, Beaumont students have an opportunity to show just how much love they can spread through good deeds, acts of kindness and service. The school lobby will boast the " Philly Love Wall", where students can put up hearts with their names and good deeds over the course of the month. As parents, we can show some Philly Love by sending in any extra unopened school supplies you may have in the house, which will be donated to Philadelphia schools. Thank you for your donations.
