How do you approach how you earn a living?
Do you seek out those things about it that bring you joy and pride? Do you do your work as if you were creating a masterpiece? Do you choose to listen to those who praise your efforts and ignore your detractors?
Or do you trudge through it as if you were on a death march?
If your work is of the trudging variety, why do you do it? There must be something that keeps you there, that makes it worthwhile. Why do you choose to focus on the negative instead of the positive?
Create a list of at least 10 things that you can squeeze joy out of in your work. Today, focus on only the positive aspects of what you do, and approach all of your tasks with anticipation and pleasure.
