Man! We are made up of a lot of water!!. How do we know that we are getting enough water to support our body systems?
- Thirst can be an indication, but many say by the time you are thirsty you are dehydrated.
- Checking urine and making sure it is a pale yellow is a great sign you are getting enough water (unless you are taking B vitamins, which tend to turn your urine a bright yellow).
- If you are urinating every few hours (7-8 times per day) that is a good sign that you are hydrated.
So the question is "Are you getting enough water each day"?
