HUGO LITERARY SERIES:
WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND
Feb. 12, 7:30 pm
Three writers and one musician will present new work on the theme "what goes around comes around." Read about them below!
  • The New Yorker just wrote about D. A. Powell's "unruly elegies." Also a worthwhile read just to find the ridiculous correction at the end.
  • Heidi Julavits writes in the New York Times about diaries and her new diary-slash-book, The Folded Clock.
  • Sierra Nelson is not only a great poet in her own right, she also collaborates with a number of artists to create unique hybrid works. See some of those on her blog.
  • OCNotes performs the jaunty, enjoyably disjointed "Number 7" live on KEXP.
