Rype & Readi Golf Bistro

Our excitement is through the roof, as our Golf Bistro is almost done!  The Rype & Readi Golf Bistro will offer a fresh, farm to fork restaurant to the local Elkton community.  With farm direct sourcing and creative chef talents we will feature a menu with farm fresh items as our foundation featuring two entrees and six sides daily.  Our menu and daily specials will be masterminded by our executive chef, Matt Brown of Collage and Blackfly.  Matt was recently featured in Northeast Florida's Edible Magazine.  
The Rype & Readi Golf Bistro will be open daily from 9am to 6pm.  Our Friday dinner menu will feature an International Night which will change as we travel the globe featuring different menu items from different cultures.  Saturday's dinner menu will feature a Grill Night offering family style grill favorites.  On Sundays we will feature a farm to fork Sunday Brunch second to none.  Please join us for our Grand Opening Farm Feast to help us celebrate our 1 year anniversary for Rype & Readi, along with the opening of our newest venture.  Space is limited to 100 people so please be sure to be on the look out for our Event link so you can reserve your spot at this amazing celebration of friends, food and fun!

HARVEST:

So many green options!  Sweet Brussels Sprouts, Artichoke Hearts, Crisp Cabbage, Romanesco Broccoli and more! Visit this week as we always have fresh produce for sale. 

 

ANIMAL GOSSIP:

Not only did the Rotary Club have a great night of eating delicious foods, so did Montey and Clyde.  Check out the boys filling their bellies with fresh treats.  Thank you Brian Miller Photography for capturing this moment. 

 

FUN FARM FACT:

Last Saturday we hosted the Rotary Club's Iron Chef Competition.  We had a great night with the help of the culinary students from FCTC!  Each team was given a menu and a secret ingredient which they had to include into their recipe.  We also served a Farm Feast of roasted pig, poached salmon, roasted root vegetables and delightfully delicious dessert.  We had some incredibly creative and tasty dishes as a result.  Please visit our Facebook page for more photos.
