Come and enjoy a 2.5km or 5km walk / run for the whole family in aid of Milk Matters, the Breastmilk Bank.
Help raise funds and awareness and ensure more babies have access to life-saving donor milk.
Where: Sea Point Beach Front
When: Saturday 12th March 2016
Time: 9.00am registration (look for the Milk Matters banners) for a 9.30am start.
Route: A flat, pram friendly route along the Sea Point beach front starting from the Sea Point Pavilion Swimming Pool, along the sea front to Moullie Point (near the Green Point Lighthouse, but keeping next to the sea) with a 2.5km or 5km option.
Option 1: 2.5km Walk / run just one way... then meander back whenever it suits you.
Option 2: 5km Walk/ run there and back.

- your name
- your phone number
- how many adults attending
- how many children attending
- proof of payment if paying in advance (NB first 80 payments secure a Goodie Bag)
Cost: R100 per family
All funds raised go towards providing donor milk to premature babies.
The first 80 to pay the registration fee get a free Goodie Bag.
