2016 Shop update.

Welcome to 2016 , what a fast start to the year it has been. Hope you all had a chance to get out on the bike over the holiday time. We have had some great weather and plenty of riding and racing for the Topgear Staff. We are very excited to have Tim Devlin back on our team for 2016 , Tim is one of the most experienced mechanic's in Melbourne and we are stoked to have him running the workshop.
School is back and we are super busy in the workshop, if you need any repairs done please plan ahead and book in via phone of email sales@topgearcycles.com

Last year we ran Pilates classes at the shop and had a great response, so for 2016 Celine is running a 8week Pilates course aimed at the cyclist. Exciting times with Tim coming back to work for us at Topgear Cycles. Tim started work as our Head mechanic back in 2001 for 10 years then has spent the last few years refining his craft in other stores. Experienced in all forms of bicycle repairs, from high end road , suspension servicing , electronic gearing , suspension linkages . Specialized bikes are running their demo test days this February, come and test ride Specializedâ€™s latest 2016 mountain bike offerings including the 6Fattie, 29er and 650b wheel sizes back to back, both womens and mens bikes available. Had the pleasure of building up this Sworks Venge Vias last week, what a amazing machine. Can not wait to see Peter Sagan racing the world tour on this weapon. Could'nt help but take a sneaky photo over at Heidi on sunset.
