Welcome to our Spring edition of PT Tips, our quarterly e-newsletter.

In this edition we are delighted to announce the opening of our new larger office in Brentwood as well as the arrival of our services in Leigh on Sea. We would also like to invite you to one of our free information events on the subject of Wills and LPAs. A recent case has highlighted the importance of an LPA, so make sure you get your affairs in order.

Our medical negligence expert looks at the impact of the recent maternity services review and our residential property expert explains the new stamp duty rules. Spring is the season for growth and our teams have been busy doing just that. One new addition is Jennifer Herbert who we are delighted to welcome to the family department. Finally our dispute resolution expert provides some advice on how you could resolve a civil dispute out of court.

I hope you find our updates useful and if there is anything you would like to discuss please do not hesitate to give me a call on 01708 229444.
