April 1 Pharmacy Updates

BlueChoice HealthPlan will make changes to the formularies, Quantity Management and Prior Authorization (PA) programs. Changes begin Apr. 1, 2016, unless noted otherwise. We will send letters to members as outlined for each program. We will communicate these changes with our groups.  Please note this information does not apply to Marketplace product lines.
