Jenny Getsinger's father, Bill Cathers, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, January 24. Bill will be deeply missed by his wife, Irene, of 65 years, their children and grandchildren. in earlier years Bill served with his family as a missionary in Ecuador, and he has been a faithful member of Northside for many years. Potluck will follow and all are invited to attend. You are welcome to bring your favorite dish.

Healing the Soul - an Invitation

The Transformation Prayer Ministry Training is a two weekend event on February 19-20 and March 18-19. Both are Friday 6-9 pm and Saturday 9 am-12 noon and 1-5 pm. Attendance at both weekends is required. There will be further updates and details so if you would like to accept the invitation to join in this ministry, please email Marla.

For Your Information:

Donations for Mexico - The Dream Team is collecting good used (or new) children's clothing to send to Rancho Genesis (the camp in Mexico the Youth Group is going to in March). Please bring clothing donations to Julie, or bring to the church office, by February 21.

Ministry Opportunity: We're looking for a few more media techs to run slides on Sunday mornings. If you have computer experience and can volunteer one Sunday a month, click here to sign up for training.

Prayer Walk 2016: First Saturday of each month 9:00-11:00am beginning Saturday, March 5. Please meet at the church prior to heading out. Topics of prayer: our church leadership; our church as a whole; and youth group trip to Mexico. All are invited and encouraged to come.

Northside Classifieds:

Van to Borrow or Rent - Jan Smith's son, who is a missionary in Egypt, is coming home for a seven week visit. He and his family are looking for a six-passenger van to rent or borrow from June 10 through the end of July. If you can help, please contact Jan.
