اطفال من السماء تاكل فى دير ابى سيفين!! 
حضر احد الاباء الاحباش الى دير ابى سيفين مصر القديمه وصمم فى الحاح عجيب على ضرورة مقابلة تماف ايرينى امنا الغاليه ثم روى ما عاينه:كنت فى الخماسين المقدسه عام 1995فى القدس وشاهدت فى رؤيا انى فى ديركم ؛دير ابى سيفين؛ ورأيت الشهيد واقفا عند المدخل وبجواره البابا كيرلس ووجدت اطفالا وقديسين كثيرين يدخلون الدير الوف.. الوف..لابسين ابيض ووجوههم مضيئه كأنهم اطفال اجانب كان الشهيد ابى سيفين يرحب بكل واحد باسمه ثم يقول له :اهلا في بيتى..اهلا يا مار (فلان) فى بيتى.. والبابا كيرلس كان يبتسم وفى ترحاب يضع يده على صدره وينحنى براسه..وكانت امنا ايرينى واقفه بجوارالبابا كيرلس تنظر فى صمت و فرح الى هذا المشهد السماوى ويستكمل الاب الحبشى ما راه ويقول :بعد ما دخل القديسين الضيوف ظلوا يرددون العديد من التسابيح الجميله جدا وكلما سبحوا يقولون هنا موضع راحتنا)
فكان الشهيد ابى سيفين يتجه بنظره لأمنا ويقول لها:شايفه .. سامعه..بيقولوا هنا موضع راحتنا..
فسألته:مين الاطفال دول ؟
فقال:دول ملايكه.. ؛بصى بقى؛ اكلهم وشربهم وكسوتهم عليكم
فقالت له: طيب نأكلهم ايه ؟
فقال اكلهم وشربهم:تسابيحكم وصلاوتكم وكسوتهم:محبتكم لبعض يعنى لما تعملوا التسبحه من قلبكم وتصلوا بروح وعمق وتعملوا بالوصايا فى محبه كامله يسكنوا معاكم ..يعنى بالتسابيح والصلوات والمحبه تعيشهم معاكم.
وقد علقت امنا الغاليه تماف ايرينى على الرؤيا التى عاينها ابونا الحبشى فقالت:العجيب انى فى نفس اليوم شفت نفس الرؤيا..
[يعنى فعلا السما بتؤكد لنا ان المكان اللى فيه محبه وبذل وتضحيه يبقى فيه ربنا والقديسين والملايكه.

The Departure of David Prophet and King
The great King and the saintly honored prophet David, the son of Jesse, was the second king over the children of Israel and the first among their kings to walk in virtue and in justice. He was from the tribe of Judah from Bethlehem. God chose him to be a king over Israel, when Saul, the son of Kish, disobeyed the commandment of God.

الملك العظيم النبي القديس الكريم داود بن يسى، وهو ثاني ملك علي بني إسرائيل، وأول من سار السيرة الفاضلة العادلة الكاملة من ملوكهم، وكان من سبط يهوذا من بيت لحم، فأنتخبه الله ملكا علي بني إسرائيل عندما خالف شاول بن قيس آمر الله، فأمر الله صموئيل النبي إن يمسح له واحدا من أولاد يسى ملكا.

- يسمونها "دنيا" لانها دنيئة و وضيعة.
- يسمون العالم "الدنيا" لانها عكس العالم الذي ننتظره "العليا".
- الدنيا كائن عجيب، تطعم فمك طول حياتك، لكي تفتح فمها و تبتلعك عند مماتك.

Ecumenical Nativity Celebration
 
The Feast of Nativity this year was a remarkable occasion where many Ecumenical figures in WA celebrated the Feast with Coptic community.
R. Rev. Fr. Boutros Touma Issa from St Ephraim Syrian Orthodox Church-WA and Fr. Mahari from the Ethiopian Orthodox Church co-celebrated the Liturgy with Fr. Abram and Fr. David.
Mr. Theodore Issa the President of the Council of Churches of WA (CCWA) served as an Altar deacon during the Liturgy.
Pastor Youssef Mikhail and Dr. Eng. from the Arabic Christian Church attended most of the Liturgy to congratulate the Church.
Several and diverse linguistic and ethnic communities attended the celebration and participated in the distribution hymnals.

Fr. Abram Welcomes Fr. Elias
Fr. Abram Abdelmalek welcomed Fr. Elias Kilzi & his family (the new Pastor for the Catholic Church in Perth) at his house. Fr. David Kamel and Pastor Youssef Mikhail of the Arabic Christian Church were also present.
It was a beautiful and interesting meeting were they explored the common areas of cooperation and acknowledged the presence of Theological and Dogmatic differences.
They agreed to work in love and mutual respect with an ecumenical spirit to manifest the image of Christ to the public in Perth.
Fr. Elias welcomed to continue the ecumenical meetings between the congregations of the Churches that started a year ago at St Mary & Archangel Michael Coptic Orthodox Church followed by another one at the Arabic Christian Church. It was due to the transfer of the beloved Fr. Shaher the third meeting in the series was held off.
It is worth mentioning that this imitative is credited to Pastor Youssef Mikhail.
The meeting will be held on 20th of February at the Catholic Church, see details below at the upcoming events.

Fr. Abram meets with Mr. Bruce
On Tuesday 29th of December, Fr. Abram met with Mr. Richard Bruce (Department of Mines and Petroleum) to discuss possible joint publications between them on the topic of creation and Geology. They discussed different aspects in the young Earth Geological aspects in the Bible and expressed their desire to continue this fruitful discussion. It is worth mentioning that Fr. Abram has published two books in Arabic in this field and many English and Arabic articles.
Mr. Bruce is a Petroleum exploration geologist with so many years experience.

ابونا انطونيوس البطريرك القانوني لاريتريا
اخر صورة له وترجع لسنة 2014 حينما تم السماح لاحد رجال الدين بزيارته في مكان التحفظ عليه واطمئن علي صحته لان قداسته مواليد سنة 1927 ومريض بالسكر
ابونا انطونيوس تم التحفظ عليه ثم اعفائه من منصبه من قبل النظام القمعي الارتيري منذ سنة 2005 وفي 2007 فرضوا بطريرك مخالف علي الكنيسة اسمه ابونا ديسقورس الذي تنيح مؤخرا
ابونا انطونيوس هو البطريرك الشرعي طبقا لقوانين الكنيسة ولا يجوز اقامة بطريرك اخر في حياته.

تصعيد فى ازمة كنيسة الشهيد مارجرجس بنزلة حنا بنى سويف
الامن يهدي الاقباط فى عيد الميلاد باستدعاء كاهن الكنيسة واخذ التعهد عليه وكتابة تعهد بعدم البناء وفرض الحراسة على محيط الكنيسه.
جبرائيل : بالاستعلام من مأمور مركز الفشن عن سبب استدعاء كاهن الكنيسة افاد بان هذه تعليمات الوزارة والامن الوطنى، كيف يتم استدعاء كاهن الكنيسة واحالته للنيابة العامة رغم عدم وجود اى بناء فى الكنيسة وكيف تفرض حراسة مشددة على محيط الكنيسة.
صرح الدكتور/ نجيب جبرئيل رئيس منظمة الاتحاد المصرى لحقوق الانسان فى اتصال هاتفى من اهالى نزلة حنا مركز الفشن محافظة بنى سويف ان مأمور مركز الفشن عمرو بك قد قام امس باستدعاء القس/ برنابا فوزى حليم كاهن كنيسة الشهيد العظيم مارجس بنزلة حنا وتم اخذ التعهد علية كتابا بعدم القيام باية مبانى على ارض الكنيسة واحالة المحضر الى النيابة العامة والتى امرت بسؤال كاهن الكنيسة وذلك فى المحضر رقم 31 احوال المركز بتاريخ 26/12/2015.
وكانت المفاجئة حينما قام الدكتور/ نجيب جبرائيل بالاتصال هاتفيا بالمأمور مركز الفشن عن سبب استدعاء كاهن الكنيسة " اذ انه غير متهم بشئ " فاد المأمور بانه ينفذ تعليمات الامن الوطنى ووزارة الداخلية والتى امرت بذلك واحالتها للنيابة ووضع حراسة على محيط الكنيسة .
والجدير بالذكر ان كنيسة مارجرجس بنزلة حنا كان يقام فيها صلاة من 1964 ومعين عليها حراسة امنية كباقى الكنائس ثم عندما ألت للسقوط صدر قرار من حوالى ستة اشهر برخصة هدم ثم تم هدمها وعندما طالب الاهالى بالتصريح باعادة بناءها ماطلت محافظة بنى سويف وعندما تقابل الدكتور/ نجيب جبرائيل ومع محافظ بنى سويف السابق المستشار/ محمد سليم الاحد قبل الماضى حيث ان الامطار تنهال على المصليين وهم فى العراء وعد السيد المحافظ بانهاء هذه الازمة واصدار ترخيص بالبناء وتأكد ذلك باتصال هاتفى من السيد المحافظ مساء الجمعة الماضى بالمستشار/ نجيب جبرائيل واكد له المحافظ بانه لا توجد اى عقوبات قانونية فى اعادة بناء الكنيسة وانه اصدر تعليماته لمجلس المدينة لتنفيذ ذلك وحينما ذهب اهالى القرية الى مجلس المدينة قرر له رئيس مجلس المدينة بان السيد المحافظ ابلغهم بانهاء اجراءات الترخيص وفعلا ارسل مهندسيه لاجراء المعاينة حتى يتم دفع الرسوم المستحقة الا ان المفاجئة كانت من وزارة الداخلية وبصفة خاصة الامن الوطنى حسب ما قرره مأمور مركز الفشن بان الامن الوطنى ووزاة الداخلية تلقى منها المأمور الاوامر لاستدعاء كاهن الكنيسة واخذ التعهد عليه بعدم البناء واحالته الى النيابة العامة لفرض حراسة على الكنيسة.
وتسأل جبرائيل : هل هذه هى هدية الداخلية للاقباط وهل يرضى عن ذلك سيادة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى الذى ضرب القدوة والمثل فى المواطنة بزيارته للكاتدرئية فهل هناك مازال من لا يحتذى بهذه القدرة.

بعد إعتداءات جماعية علي النساء في ألمانيا.. ميركل تتوعد لاجئين بـ"رد قاس"
أثارت أنباء عن وقوع اعتداءات جماعية على النساء من قبل أشخاص لاجئين في مدينة كيولن بألمانيا غضب المستشارة أنغيلا ميركل، وطالبت السلطات بملاحقتهم ومعاقبتهم.
وذكر موقع "دويتش ويل" الثلاثاء 5 يناير/كانون الثاني أن المستشارة الألمانية طالبت خلال محادثات مع قادة مدينة كيولن استعمال جميع إجراءات ممكنة لإلقاء القبض على المجرمين، مهما كانت أصولهم، وأعربت عن استيائها من "الهجمات المثيرة للاشمئزاز والتحرشات الجنسية".
هذا وتوقعت ميركل "ردا قاسيا مناسبا لرد فعل دولة القانون". وكانت حوالي 90 امرأة قد أخبرت الشرطة الألمانية بتعرضهن لمضايقات على يد رجال تشير ملامحهم إلى أنهم من اللاجئين.
وتقول النساء أن هؤلاء الاشخاص ارتكبوا بحقهن جرائم السرقة والمضايقات، بالإضافة إلى التهديد المباشر.

ميركل تعترف : فشلنا في السيطرة على اللاجئين .. وأوروبا غير قادرة علي التعامل مع الأزمة
أعلنت المستشارة الألمانية أنغيلا ميركل أن سلطات الدول الأوروبية غير قادرة على التعامل مع أزمة اللاجئين بشكل مناسب.
وقالت ميركل خلال مؤتمر لرجال الأعمال في ماينز الثلاثاء 12 يناير/كانون الثاني: "لقد اصطدمنا فجأة بمشكلة وصول اللاجئين الى أوروبا، ونرى أننا ضعفاء لأننا ما زلنا لا نملك ذاك النظام والتحكم الذي نود امتلاكه".
وأضافت أن الوضع مع العملة الأوروبية مرتبط بشكل مباشر بحرية التنقل في الاتحاد الأوروبي، موضحة أنه "لا يجب على أحد التصرف كما ولو أنه من الممكن امتلاك عملة موحدة دون إمكانية تخطي الحدود دون عوائق".
واعتبرت أنه دون ذلك، "ستتضرر جدا" السوق الأوروبية الموحدة، منوهة إلى أن ألمانيا تنطلق من ضرورة دعم حرية التنقل.

Celebrating First Ordination Anniversary of Fr. David Kamel
Last Sunday 7th of February marked the First Anniversary of Ordination for our beloved Fr. David Kamel in the ranks of the Priesthood. The Church celebrated this event and prayed for the Divine, Grace ,Blessings and Protection and wish him prosperity and success.

Fr. Abram had to go to the hospital on 2nd of February to undergo one last operation. We praise the Lord for his safety and success of operation.

A Thanksgiving Prayer
Fr. Abram Abdelmalek held Thanksgiving Prayer on 22nd of December to offer his gratitude to God in the middle of the Church for the successful operations. After his prayers he addressed the congregation to insure them of God's Grace and protection for him and for the Church.
It is to mention that Fr. Abram as undergone a series of six operations during the past months during November and December. Fr. Abram appreciates and thanks R. Rev. Fr. Boutros Touma Issa from St Ephraim Syrian Orthodox Church-Perth and Fr. Assefa from the Coptic Orthodox Tawahido Church for their attendance and support.

The Nativity Celebration
The Coptic Orthodox Church celebrated the Eve of the Feast of Nativity on the 6th of January.
Fr. Abram & Fr. David prayed the liturgy of the Nativity, R. Rev. Fr. Boutros Touma Issa from St Ephraim Orthodox Church-Perth and Theodore Issa the President of Council of Churches WA participated the celebration.

Kindy Christmas Party
Kindy class celebrated last Sunday 17th January the Christmas. The children enjoyed the party which was full of craft activities, presents, cake and Fr. David shared the celebration with the children.

The Holy Epiphany Celebration
St Mary & Archangel Michael Church celebrated "The Holy Epiphany" for Our LORD JESUS CHRIST last Wednesday 20th of January. May GOD Bless you all.

Primary and Kindy Graduation Party  
Sunday School (Primary and kindy) organized a Graduation Party for the kids on Saturday 30th of January. It was full of activities and the kids enjoyed the water games. It was a great time for the kids and the servants. Fr. David participated the event by distributing the gifts among the kids.

A Successful Primary Sunday School Camp
Through the prayers of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II and under the care of His Grace Bishop Suriel, around 24 people including the Servants enjoyed the Camp organised St Mary & Archangel Michael, which was held at Bickley Recreation Camp, from 18th to 20th December. The theme for the camp was "Treasure Hunting". The program was full of different activities. The camp was rich of prayers, hymns, games.
The Primary Children learned about the following topics:
1- What is the Bible?
2- Why is the Bible?
3- How we can read and apply the Bible in our life?
It was a successful camp and everyone enjoyed it.

Fr. David visit to Melbourne
Fr. David traveled to Melbourne on Wednesday 20th January and returned back with his wife to Perth last Friday 29th January. GOD bless his Service.

Staff News
Mrs. Nivene Sidrak started her maternity leave, we wish her all the best and wish her safe delivery. And Mrs. Yasmine Soliman will resume her duties as Personal Assistant to Fr. Abram Abdelmalek in addition, to her regular function as Database Manager.

Tutoring Programs: St Mark School
Saint Mary and Archangel Michael Coptic Orthodox Church is proud to present to you the commencement of a tutoring program offered for students from Kindy to Year 12. Our tutoring program will provide assistance for the following subjects:
Math’s from Kindy-Year 12
English from Kindy-Year 9
Chemistry from Year 10-12
Human biology from Year 10-12
Physics from Year 10-12
Our tutoring program consists of tutors who are able to provide students with academic support. Tutoring lessons will be held at the church inside St. Demiana’s unit (venue maybe changed) every Saturday from 6-7pm. We would like to ask that the families of every student donate $5 every month, which will go towards stationary supplies for the students. If anyone is interested, there will be forms, which need to be filled out for each student in the family and handed to Mrs. Maggi Shihata along with the donation.
English for Adults
In addition to our tutoring program for students from Kindy to Year 12, Mr. Peter Gellet has willingly volunteered to provide adults with English tutoring.

Condolences
Sadly the mother of Mr. Emad Manious has passed away on 14th January in Egypt, May her soul rest in peace. Mr Emad will arrive from Egypt on the 31st January. Our sincere condolences to the whole family.

Building inspection clauses
Many buyers, especially first home buyers, do not understand the purpose of a property inspection clause.
A common misunderstanding is that if any minor fault is identified in the building inspection report then the seller has an obligation to fix it.
If buyers request a property inspection condition to be included in their offer, then the meaning of the proposed clause should be clearly explained to the prospective buyer.
A person who understands their rights and obligations under a contract is less likely to waste time when they receive building inspection reports.
