Maui Prep 10th Anniversary Gala
January 30, 2016 marked one of the most successful events of Maui Preparatory Academy's history. The timing couldn't have been better with the on-going celebration of the school's 10th anniversary.
The Gala was held at The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa; a change from the previous years' location and was also held a bit later (or earlier) in the year. There were over 250 guests that attended the "Phantom of the Opera"-themed Gala.
The guest of honor for the evening was Joline Dorner. She is a respected member of the West Maui community, a founding member of AIM (The Alliance to Improve Maui) and a quiet angel to Maui Prep.
 This event is a major fundraiser for Maui Prep's financial aid program. Besides a successful silent and live auction, thanks to the generosity to several major donors (stay tuned for more details about this and other highlights on our school's website
www.mauiprep.org), Maui Prep will now be able to provide the opportunity for Maui families to attend Maui Prep. With over 40% of the student body receiving some form of financial aid, the funds raised from the Gala are essential to maintaining a successful program.
