Registration Opens: February 1, 2016

Registration Deadline: September 30, 2016, 11:59pm GMT, $50 registration fee. Finalists will be notified October 10, 2016.

Eight finalists will be invited to present at the Ocean Exchange November 11, 2016 in front of 150 delegates from business, NGOs, academia, and government.
