Transgender Women of Color Speak Out on Accessing Health Care
We’ve kicked off our public health work for 2016 with an exciting new partnership with the Transgender Law Center’s Positively Trans Project, a constituent-led organizing effort rooted in the capacity of trans community members to form their own networks, tell their own stories, and develop advocacy strategies in response to inequities, stigma, and discrimination. We are excited to be bringing our digital storytelling workshop process to Positively Trans, as a way of supporting the trans community in sharing stories that will be used to organize their broader community and and advocate for trans rights. Stay tuned for story examples in the coming weeks!
