Deadline for Clarifications

     Problem 4 teams should know that a general clarification was issued for them just days ago. Be sure your teams regularly check the Odyssey of the Mind Problem Clarifications page, as teams are responsible for ensure their solutions comply! As mentioned during training, teams must comply with all general clarifications issued up to one week prior to our regional tournament.
     Also, don't forget that the deadline to submit team-specific clarifications is this coming Monday, February 15. When in doubt, ask for a clarification! To do so, go to the Problem Clarifications page, click on the name of the long-term problem, enter the member number and ZIP code, and click "Log in." Clarification requests should be very detailed.
 

Magic Center T-Shirt Pre-Orders

     The deadline to pre-order Magic Center T-shirts has been extended to Monday, February 15. Payment also must be received by this date. Cost is $12 for youth sizes S-XL and adult sizes S-XL or $15 for adult sizes 2X-3X. To order, complete the online order form for your team, then send a check (made payable to FLOMA) to Anna Long, 5633 Donnelly Cir., Orlando, FL 32821.
     Pre-orders will be available in a designated pickup area at the tournament so those who pre-ordered won't have to wait.

Forms, Forms, Forms

     Your teams should find all the forms they need to prepare for the tournament on the Forms or Coach Zone/Forms page. Make sure they give themselves time to tackle the paperwork!

Creative Hats

     Don't forget to put on your thinking cap to come up with a hair-raising headpiece for the Creative Hat Contest. Coaches and parents are encouraged to help with the contest entries, which can be turned in with the contest entry form at the regional tournament.

 

Flash Mob

     Keep on lacing up your dancing shoes as you learn the steps to Spotlight Dance Center's flash mob choreography. We want to see all kinds of fancy footwork on the Edgewater football field on tournament day! (That means you grown-ups too!)
