Missions Festival 2016
This evening concludes our Missions Festival. Please join us as we celebrate our missionary guests and hear their stories.
5:15 p.m. Fellowship Dinner
6:15 p.m. Missionary sharing in classrooms (3K-Kindergarten kidMission activities; 1st-6th grades attend sharing time with parents)

Women's Retreat 2016
Registration ends February 7.
REGISTER
Our Women’s Retreat is February 26-28 at The Lodge at Lake Guntersville. Dr. Gordon Bals will speak on "Seeking to be Rooted in Christ's Love," and Jenny Pruitt will lead worship. The cost ranges from $200 per person for a 4-person room to $395 for a single room (scholarships are available). Register now for this relaxing and restorative weekend of fellowship.

Women's Bible Studies
Our Women's Bible studies kicked off this week. There are several options on Sunday evenings and Tuesday mornings. Please take a look at the studies and register today...it's not too late to join a class!

New Members' Class
Join us Sunday, February 7 from 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. for lunch and a time to learn about our mission and beliefs from Covenant’s ministerial staff. Please contact Victoria Williams (871-7002 or vwilliams@covpres.com) to sign up for this class. Childcare is available by reservation for children ages 5 and under.

4th-6th Grade Lock-ins
All 4th-6th grade BOYS and GIRLS are invited to our lock-ins on Friday, February 19! They will enjoy swimming, games, pizza, friendship, and God's Word.

Ash Wednesday Service
Join us Wednesday, February 10 at 12:00 noon for an Ash Wednesday service in the Sanctuary.
(There will be no Wednesday night activities that evening; Wednesdays@Covenant will resume February 17.)

GRACE Conference with Boz Tchividijian
You are invited to join Red Mountain Church and Covenant for the GRACE Conference with Boz Tchividijian on Saturday, March 5, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon at Red Mountain (no RSVP required). During the conference you will receive training in recognizing, preventing, and responding to child abuse. The conference is for parents, volunteers, church members, leadership, officers, staff, and those interested in preventing and responding to abuse. There will be two sessions on Saturday:
Session 1 | Minimizing the Opportunities. This is a training that identifies the many issues related to child sexual abuse and provides practical steps for minimizing such abuse.
Session 2 | Sexual Offenders: How they operate in the Church. This session will focus on the common behaviors of high-risk offenders within faith communities and what can be done about it.

Tuesday Pick-Up Meals
If you are not ordering Tuesday Pick-Up Meals from the Covenant Kitchen you are missing out on a delicious, easy weekly meal! All you do is place your online order by Monday at 5:00 p.m. and then pick up your meal on Tuesday any time between 12:00 and 6:00 p.m. EASY!
The meals are $25 and feed 4-6 people. The menu for Tuesday, February 9 is jambalaya.
