Description: Jamie has put together her favorite aspects of the Paleo, Plant-based, and Vegetarian lifestyles and packed them into four nutritious and delicious recipes!
In this class you'll learn how to craft nutrient-dense foods like quinoa, cauliflower, Brazil nuts, coconut, flax, cilantro, honey, and garbanzo beans into hearty entrees, sides and even dessert. 
On the menu: Cauliflower "Rice" Bowls, Mexican Quinoa Salad* and a European flatbread called Socca, served two ways, as traditional flatbread and in Socca Stuffed Crepes. For dessert, Jamie will show you how to make a super easy Peanut Butter Cookie recipe!
